How and when your order arrives.
Delivery
Orders confirmed before 2:00 PM are dispatched the same working day within Abu Dhabi and Dubai. Other emirates are delivered next working day. Delivery is free on orders above AED 200; below that a flat AED 20 charge applies.
Returns
Unopened items in original packaging can be returned within 7 days of delivery. Toner and ink cartridges must have intact security seals. Custom-printed items cannot be returned unless faulty.
Damaged or incorrect items
Tell us within 48 hours and we will collect and replace the item at no cost.
