How do I place an order?
Add items to your cart and tap Checkout. Fill in your name, phone and address, and we will open WhatsApp with your order ready to send. Tap Send and our team takes it from there.
Do I need to create an account?
No. Ordering works without registration — your details go straight to our team on WhatsApp.
Can I pay online?
Not currently. We arrange payment with you directly by cash on delivery, bank transfer, or on account.
Do you deliver outside Abu Dhabi?
Yes, we deliver to all seven emirates. Abu Dhabi and Dubai are same-day for orders confirmed before 2 PM.
Can I get a VAT invoice?
Yes. Mention your TRN when confirming your order and we will issue a full tax invoice.
Do you offer discounts for schools?
We do. Schools and nurseries receive tiered pricing on bulk orders — contact us with your list for a quotation.
